Delivery
Delivery of products ordered on www.rhinosafety.ro is made by courier, anywhere in Romania.
Products ordered by the buyer will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer as the delivery address for that order.
Delivery time is usually 3 working days – for products in stock. Delivery times for products available to order will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
For orders over 300 RON, delivery is FREE.
rhinosafety.ro customers have the possibility to return products purchased from rhinosafety.ro within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without incurring any costs other than delivery.
Return conditions
- The product must be new with no signs of wear.
- The product must be returned in the original box with all accessories received and a copy of the invoice.
- The parcel to be returned must be properly packed to prevent damage during transportation.
Missing or damaged labels or markings on products may result in the return request being refused.
All transportation costs will be borne initially by the customer, including in the event of non-acceptance of return or replacement. Products purchased as special packages or with other gift products cannot be returned individually but as a package or together with the gift product.
If the initial purchase generated a gift voucher, and the voucher has been used, the products will be refunded minus the value of the voucher.
If the purchase has benefited from free shipping, the return of the value of the products will bear the costs of delivery TUR / RETURN.
No returns will be accepted within 14 calendar days if the products show signs of wear and cannot be resold.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in a restocking fee or refusal of the return request. If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, we may charge the value for the return. This decision will be communicated on the basis of a technical finding of the returned product.
Reimbursement of the value of returned products will be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of the products, as follows:
- for orders paid by credit card -> by refund to the account from which the order was paid;
- for orders paid by cash on delivery -> by bank transfer to the account mentioned by the buyer in the return request sent.
